Yes. GlowClock uses the browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API which automatically accounts for daylight saving time in each timezone. The displayed times update correctly when DST transitions occur.
Yes. For cities where the date differs from your local date (e.g. if it is 11pm in London, it may already be the next day in Tokyo), the world clock will display the correct date for each city.
